Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy (48-Hour Notice Required) To provide the best service possible and respect the time of both our staff and clients, the following policy applies: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $50. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee of $50 will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit or refusal of future bookings. How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made via [phone/email/booking system] during business hours.
